I do think we'll see it in the next week, since the current builds seem to be pretty stable. Given Apple's track record with this update, I wouldn't recommend obsessively checking Software Update for it (we already are). Bugs preventing "popular gaming titles" (probably World of Warcraft) from launching have also been fixed, bringing the total number of fixes to over 70.
Previous versions of the update had some Automator and Dashboard bugs in them, but those have been straightened out in the new builds. Once again, new builds of the update have apparently been issued to developers to check for bugs.
Now that Leopard is just a few days away, AppleInsider is reporting that Apple is hoping to release 10.4.11 sometime in the next few days. Way back in August, Tiger version 10.4.11 was allegedly "nearly finalized." It has now been over two months since that tidbit broke out, and the last we heard, Apple was still preparing the update.
